U-Channels & Scuff Rails/Plates
We custom make U-Channels and L-Shaped pieces to fit your bar stool rail.
We are interested in four dimensions when determining proper size for the piece:
1. The “I.D.” (the width of your rail on top) 2. The “Legs” (how far the material comes down in the front and back)
3. The “Length” of the piece 4. The “Wall Thickness”
Our parameters for U-Channels are as follows: I.D. Dimensions down to 5/8” and legs up to 1-1/2”ID long. We do U-Channels as long as 26”.
We manufacture U-Channels and L-Shaped pieces in different finishes. Click here to see finishes available.
We recommend fastening the pieces with pinholes in the front and back. The pins come with the pieces to match.
